	Summer & Peak Weekends Require a Two (2) Evening Minimum Stay with Guest's Choice of Either: (1.) Thursday & Friday, (2.) Friday & Saturday or (3.) Saturday & Sunday.
	Holidays Require Either a Three (3) or Four (4) Evening Minimum Stay Depending on the Holiday. Guests May Chose Their Choice of Evenings to Complete the Minimum Requirement.
	Rooms with Two (2) Full Beds Can Accommodate Two (2) Additional Guests for a Maximum of Four (4) Guests. For Additional Guests Ages 12 and Over, an Extra Person Charge of $30 Per Guest/Per Evening Will Apply. Children Under 12 Will Be Charged $20 Per Child/Per Night as an Extra Person Charge.
	CANCELLATION POLICY The Pines Motorlodge As a small property with limited availability and short season, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We hope you understand and apologize if it seems harsh. We try to accommodate all potential and repeat guests and it is not fair for those who wish to book to not have that opportunity. If you should need to cancel for any reason, you must do so within fourteen days (14) of your reservation arrival date to avoid significant cancellation charges. Cancellations received by 3 pm (EST) 14 days prior to your arrival will be charged a standard processing fee of $40 per room. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, even if your reservation was made during this time period, more significant charges apply which include the cost of your entire reservation/per room charged to your credit card on file. If you should need to cancel, for your records, please cancel both by phone and in writing requesting a cancellation number. As well, there is no refund for an early check-out for any reason.

	Renovated and Located in Saugatuck, Maple Ridge Cottages Feature Two (2) Bedrooms Each with a Queen Pillow-top Mattress, a Full Bath, a Stainless Kitchen Including Dishwasher, Living Room with Both a Gas Fireplace and Flat Screen TV/DVD & Two (2) Private Decks with Gas Grill and Private Jacuzzi.
	Situated in a Park-like Setting, the Four (4) Cottages Offer a Private Compound Environment, Yet Are Within a Close Proximity to Downtown Saugatuck.
	Weekends Usually Require a Three (3) Evening Minimum Stay. Guests May Chose either (1.) Thursday, Friday and Saturday, (2.) Friday, Saturday and Sunday or (3.) Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
	Holidays May Require a Four (4) Evening Minimum Stay Depending on the Holiday. Guests Have Their Choice of Available Evenings to Complete Their Package.
	Maple Ridge Cottages Will Accommodate Up to Four (4) Adult Guests.
	CANCELLATION POLICY Maple Ridge Cottages As a small property with very limited availability and high demand, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We hope you understand and apologize if it seems harsh. We try to accommodate all potential and repeat guests and it is not fair for those who wish to book to not have that opportunity due to another individual holding a reservation. If you do not return the attached Maple Ridge Cottages (MRC) Information and Policy Contract within five (5) days of booking and securing your reservation with your credit card, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a $150 cancellation fee for securing the reservation during that time period thus making it un-rentable to other prospective guests. As well, if you choose to cancel your reservation within this five (5) day period, you will be charged $150 for reservations lost while the reservation was confirmed and secured in your name. If you cancel 30 days prior to the 5 pm (EST) check-in time of your reservation, you will be charged a processing fee of $150. There is a 30 day cancellation policy on all cottage rentals even if you made a reservation within 30 days of your arrival. If you cancel anytime within the thirty (30) days of your arrival, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property; in which case, you will be refunded the portion of your original reservation re-rented less a $150 administrative processing fee. If you should need to cancel, for your records, please cancel both by phone and in writing by requesting a cancellation number. As well, there is no refund for early check-outs for any reason.

	Luxury Flat Located in the Downtown Douglas Design District Featuring Spacious Living and Dining Area, a Fully Equipped Kitchen and Great Location.
	The Four (4) Bedroom with Two (2) Baths (4B/2B) Sleeps a Total of Eight (8) Guests in One (1) Full and Three (3) Queen Beds with Two (2) Baths.
	The Two (2) Bedroom With One (1) Bath (2B/1B) Sleeps a Total of Four (4) Guests in a Queen Bedroom and Bedroom with a Full Bed.

General Policies

Check-in time is 3 to 7 pm (EST) for The Pines Motorlodge and 5 to 7 pm (EST) for Both the Maple Ridge Cottages and Center Guesthouse.

Late arrivals can be accommodated with advance notice. If you know you are going to be arriving late, please notify staff to make arrangements. IF ARRIVING AFTER 9 PM, YOU MUST CONTACT THE OFFICE OR RISK YOUR RESERVATION BEING RE-BOOKED.

Checkout time is 11 am (EST) for all properties. Late checkout can be arranged only if occupancy permits and may be at an additional charge.

All accommodations are non-smoking based on guest requests. Smoking is allowed on the grounds and outside of rooms/cottages for your convenience. Smoking violations in rooms/cottages will be subject to a minimum $150 cleaning fee and reimbursement for any and all damages.

Due to limited seasonal room availability, EARLY CHECKOUTS CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON and will be charged according to the guest's original reservation.

Guests are responsible and will be charged according to the information contained in their confirmation letter in respect to arrival and departure dates, length of stay and room rates. Please read your confirmation carefully to ensure we have appropriately accommodated you.

Weeknight rates include Monday through Thursday evening stays, excluding Holiday weekends.

We cannot guarantee specific room or cottage assignments.

Secure Your Reservation

Reservations will be confirmed and secured with a valid credit card number, expiration date and security code from the back of the card up to the total amount of the guest's stay.

If reserving by check, cashier's check or money order, such method of payment must be received ten (10) days after the reservation is confirmed. Checks must contain your telephone number and driver's license number.

Payment

Maple Ridge Cottage/Center Street Guesthouse Rental Payments Are Processed Thirty (30) Days Prior To Check-in and Pines Motorlodge Reservations Are Due Upon Check-in!

Major credit cards are accepted for payment. Personal checks are accepted with telephone number and driver's license number. Returned Checks Will Be Charged an Additional $75 Fee.

A 6% Michigan sales tax and 2% local motel tax are added to all quoted and printed rates.

With our Extensive Renovations and in Our Attempt to Provide a Quality Lodging Experience for all of Our Guests, Any and All Damages to Rooms or Cottages Will Be Billed to Your Credit Card.
